Return and Exchange Policy

Returns

1. Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Shoes that have been worn are not eligible for return.

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

2. Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@keevadokicks.com

• We will provide you with a return shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund amount.

• Pack the item securely in the original packaging (if possible) and include the return slip provided.

3. Return Shipping:

• The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refunds:

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

• The refund will be processed within 5 business days, minus the return shipping fee.

Exchanges

1. Policy:

• We do not offer free exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

1. Eligibility:

• If you receive a damaged item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact our customer service team immediately.

2. Process:

• Provide us with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

• We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
